• Regional multi-national firm seeking to evaluate Asia based product, package and branding with the objective of establishing technical partnership for transfer of Asian technology to their business in the Americas.  Old West performed market surveys which were used along with Old West experience to help the client identify top candidates in target markets.  Old West then established contact with the top candidates and accompanied the clients on site visits and management meetings.

We ask that new clients pre-pay all travel and accomodation costs for the first 90 days of our relationship.  For short duration or "one of" projects we ask that 50% of total estimated project costs be paid prior to starting any detailed work.

If a site visit is required to align project scope and deliverables we will not bill for travel time to the site or the first full day on site.  Subsequent days on site and return travel time will be billed at normal rates.

Fees for our services and reimbursement for travel, accomodation and other expenses will be in US$ within 30 days of invoice.

Our services are available on a daily rate bases.  Rates vary depending on specialties required, are computed "portal to portal" and are available upon request.

Travel-only days and non-working weekend days on site will be billed at 50% of the daily rate. 

International air travel will be business class.  Domestic travel will be in accordance with your executive travel policy.

Hotel accomodations will be 4 star or above where available.
